U have a point... I think they see killing staking in this because of the look of the characters is like the same in killing staking but not the personality

Almost everyone is comparing this to killing stalking but it's very different from it.
As you can see the bottom here is a psycho who wants to seek revenge while yoonbum from KS just like sangwoo and stalking him. As for the top here he likes the teacher (just a guess) and is only killing because the teacher order/ask him to while Sangwoo is just a mother's boy who is traumatized and put his feelings to kill.
