I'm confused the first chapter said that the old Cayena died and that the MC took her place because it was a book she read. Why do the now make it seem as though she died and came back to life? I mean isn't there someone is in her body? Why are they all of a sudden making it seem as though Cayena died and then went back in time I'm getting confused.
