Idk who was crying for Albercht. Nora didn’t take part in killing Shuli, he met her once as a boy then became a knight and joined the secret knight people. He was ordered to keep an eye on Shuli and found out what she was hiding which isn’t revealed to us yet. Shuli was killed by the people from the church cuZ she was a threat to them in some way. The blond guy is a friend of Albercht and Albercht basically gave him information on Shuli to the blond guy.

I think it was the other knight who talked with Elias in the earlier chapters. I don't remember his name. He was also escorting them with Albercht when they were in town for the first time together and Shuli's brother and Nora showed up.
