Is this good? Can someone help summarize it for me

Spoilers is ok i don't mind

War hero who's a god-blessed young woman who was said to be immortal ends up sick or rather cursed 'cause no one knows what the problem is, lives in secret after war. A Notherner (they were the enemy and losing party in war) ends up as a pharmacist in town and he is brought to the castle to treat her. He actually hates the war hero for killing his parents but he doesn't know she is the patient. As our girl gets better she goes around in the castle as a maid, and the two of them get to know eachother and thats basically the base of the story
