The current chapters are from the first timeline the 'Epilogue (insert number)' chapters is what happened after Shulli died and got into the second timeline or reincarnated. Basically, the continuation of what happened to the other people around her after she died.
Shulli was killed, butchered, and her body was disposed off into different places in the first timeline.
