The reason I believe is because he’s still stuck in the immature mindset that he has when he was a child. Seeing his attitude and actions including this chapter, he’s like a child that had a tantrum. He hasn’t had to say sorry before so basically what he gave Nakyum in this chapter was sort of one however wasn’t fully a direct apology. I’m hoping this leads to finally finding out about the man’s past. I need context!
