I've read somewhere before that, the reason why he's ignoring her is because when the FL's mom died the Dad cannot do anything so he just cried :< then the FL saw her mom (which is dead) and his dad crying. Since then, she faints when he see his dad. Then his dad ask (IDK if it's the emperor or what) to hypnotize the FL so that she'll forget everything that she saw, so that she won't faint whe he sees his dad :<

Maybe that's the reason why his dad keeps on ignoring her. Maybe because he's afraid that she'll remember something and starts losing consciousness again :'<
