    I just kind of gave up when I saw the massive exposition dump in chapter 27. This random girl is suddenly the grand daughter of a very influential politician, OUTTA NOWHERE! Then this random guy is a super awesome army trained ranger, also OUTTA NOWHERE.

    I mean, as characters they were so underdeveloped that it's nice we're knowing something about them now, but to see their character development just dumped onto a single chapter when they were left alone for 26 chapters kind of... implies lazy plot.
