I did read a yaoi years ago where the two guys were neighbors, and one of the guys would go to the other guy's house with the excuse of cleaning his backyard just so he could spend time with him, also the guy with the grown backyard was lonely. I really loved the manga, but those are the only details I can remember. If you can help me I will be forever grateful
