i think he meant its obvious that sam likes min gyeom and gyeom is stupid for not realizing it since even he could tell just from hearing the story. But he doesn't say that because he doesn't want gyeom to end up with sam ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I didnt understand what was slow or stupid about him ? He was having tough times...Though it was just an inner talk i find it rude (︶︿︶)＝凸 annoying .
