Im pretty sure she will survive, but might have loosen a eye or even more. I just dont think that one of the main characters is gonna die, or better said die die (cus itadori freaking came back).
gege once said he wanted either all (the first years + gojou) die but one lives or all live and one of them dies so he most definitely would kill off the main characters BUT i do think nobara will come back with her eye missing lol

gege said that nobara is canonically dead and she had died when arata nitta hit her with his technique (when he tried healing (?) her) in chapter 126 but he also said that it's uncertain if she's alive or dead so no one knows what that means or what gege is planning aka she's really dead but she's also not..????
