For the second question in this bl the person who was reborn was Xu Xin Nian the evil dude, he mentioned being reborn and stuff a few times to himself and how now that he was reborn he must live a better life and take everything from his brother (Xu Ci Nian) but we now know how that all ended. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
