Not really. There's actually very little "romance" in this despite the romance tag, at least for all the chapters released on here right now.
The only real romance scenes you see are because of the MC remembering bits of his past where he had one of the members as his wife IIRC.
There's more world-building scenes, action/fights, strategic planning and other scenes than there is romance. It's a solid manhwa so I recommend you give it a read. The rating for this one isn't a lie.

I don't think there's enough characters to even call it a harem at all. There's only really two romantic interests and the story never bothers with it except for the occasional joke or two.
Story is really more about world-building, light character development, training, action etc.
