Totally agree...he was already hurting pple in junior high school. He only met the MC in HS. Maybe if he met the MC in elementary school it would be different, but he was already an extreme bully in JHS and tried to continue it in HS until the MC beat him up. The MC even said that in his first life he was bullied by Sangmin so badly that he even thought of taking his own life...
I'm completely aware that Sangmin is a psycho, but I really can't help but worry over him. The problem doesn't lie on Sangmin only, it was because of his father's influence that he became like that. Every child wants to make their parents' proud, no matter how much you hate them and abuse you. It's in a child's nature to want adoration from their parents. But that motherfucker of a father not only discourages Sangmin, he also twisted him into following his footsteps. If only MC knew about that earlier, he might've been able to save Sangmin from that motherfucker of a father. I couldn't help but replay the imagination of Sangmin and MC still being friends and laughing and fighting over silly things. It saddens me that we're not able to save Sangmin. Every story must have the villain, but I don't want Sangmin to be that villain. The chance of reconciliation between the two is almost 0% as Sangmin have long since step out of the boundaries. It would've been unrealistic for them to reconcile after just some long talk. So I've always kept this headcannon of them reconciling and MC frequently visiting Sangmin in prison. I'm also well aware that the crimes Sangmin have committed should result him being hang to death as punishment, but I really love their friendship and couldn't bear the thought of hanging him. I just feel conflicted over Sangmin(/TДT)/
