We can argue that Jeanette is the victim but lets not forget this is royalty and nobility so there will definitely be politics so her being so ignorant is unknowingly causing harm to Anastasia and the fact that she don't realise it is just frustrating for us.

Anastasia is a princess, you can't expect her to choose you over her dad right sis you got to be kidding. Like yes she is close with you but lets not forget she is a princess and you are just a nobel's daughter. Your dad is trying dethrone her dad and you expect her to welcome you??

This is bugging me too. Yes, Jeanett is a child and naive and stuff but she got proper education. She should know a lot about politics because she is a noble and s especially because Mr. White wanted her as a princess at some point right?
So how come she is this ignorant in regards to this whole situation, where Athy has to FIGHT for the throne against Anastacius. She's just being a burden right now and it's annoying.

Fr she just chooses to oppose herself from a perspective where she think she wouldn't be any different from Athanasia.

Ikr. Im pretty sure all children from noble households would have been educated since young so they would know proper etiquette, duties as well as their status and class differences. So they should know that although you can have good relationships between different classes e.g dukes, baron or this case royalties, you are in essence on a different playing field with different social responsibilities. What they do represent their household as well thats why nobles tend to hang out with kids from household that are in the same political fractions.

The way Jeanette is behaving is unlike what a child from a high ranked noble household would.

I also remember Athys first Tea Party after the Debutante. Claude only invited girls from "weak" noble families (the families had good status but that would not intervene in the relationship between the young Ladys and Athy). They were all nice, friendly and open but still knew their place.

I'm really not trying to bash on Jeanette but for a 15 year old in that situation and education she's pretty useless. She's like your typical Romance Shojo protagonist (which she was in "The Lovely Princess" but still). It's annoying. Especially since that makes it harder for Athy and Claude and so much easier for fcking Anastacius.
