Hmm, I see what your tryna say but how does his heart relate to who's in control of the body? I would think it would depend on the soul. Cause it seems like Sukuna would takeover Ita's body whenever he is emotional distressed since his soul would most likely be at its weakest point allowing him to takeover in the gap or in a near death state.
