You guys do realize, yuji wouldn't be possible to move without a heart right?? It's only possible to move without one if sukuna is controlling the body... Of course he restored the heart to revive yuji
Just like how he restored yuji's decapitated hand, he restored back the heart to it's original with reverse curse y'know ..
