Dude she's a commoner now she'd be killed if she did that, unlike Melissa's story the mc's parents are assholes who only wanted to use her. She's already traumatised with her past, it suggesting the brother raped her and due to how the family was she couldn’t say anything. She never properly dealt with that trauma there for it's not gunna go away. Although it has lighthearted scenes this is not as happy to lucky as the world Melissa lives in. Tbh it’s not hooked me in all that much, it's kinda interesting but that's about it. I read some spoilers tho so it should get more interesting. I like the plot of the girl that framed her it's interesting.

I bet, if the MC was male the narative would have given him more likely the potential to find ways to win against as a commoner against the noble.
I do agree that if she was male they probably wouldn’t go with this plot line (not to say there haven’t been plot lines where a male character has been weak and gone through trauma, just not this specific otome game), but the plot isn’t about winning against nobles or troublesome ppl it's just her trying to live a normal life but also knowing that there's trouble such as the potential war and L she somehow feels the need to help so that doesn’t happen, that's just what the author wanted I guess. Honestly I don’t think they're gunna deal with her trauma properly either. But honestly I’m not that bothered about it, I guess it's just a forgettable manga for me rather than one that really pisses me off. Plus the only time I get really pissed off is if they tricked me into caring about the character and fuck up the plot.

When you read the translated and the raw chapters, you see that many characters are annoying and dumb（/TДT)/
I wish Melissa from "Beware of the Villainess" or Eleanor Shellstrop from "The Good Place" would take Felicia's place to cause trouble to all these characters!
To be clear, I am aware of the arguments like "You can't compare them because they are from different stories/worlds" or "She doesn't have anything to fight back".
But I argue that she could have similar power like Melissa and Eleanor, if she isn't trapped in her mental cage. The author made her that restricted that she has always a hard time dealing the MLs or others.
