No he means crippled in a martial arts way, he can’t use energy except for that one finger who uses the poison. His veins are blocked that’s why he is called crippled it’s not in a physical but rather internal way

Jin Jagang got crippled when his limbs were tied to a table and Man Gyo hit it right? I actually thought that happenstance had no repercussions. I failed to observe it after that certain instance as I was too busy studying his countenance and paid no mind to his body movements.
