Right! Every chapter I swear I write a paragraph defending Jeanette because she really did nothing wrong. No one sees the full picture. I can see why someone might find her frustrating but they don't understand that literally NONE of this is her fault she did NOTHING intentional to hurt Athy and she literally knows nothing. Think about it, if you were in that situation would the first thing you think of is that you were made out of dark magic? Athy has an advantage of knowing this because she read the novel in her past life. Everyone else doesn't know, which is why Jeanette doesn't either.
