There isn't a sentence where she says that. She only said that she'll be back to continue the rest of the history.
Should check again, she clearly said “see you in season 5” so open and check

I think she'll make side stories? Not quite sure why people is assuming there will be a season 5. She even received a drawing from another author which literally says 'congratulations on completing CBAW', also she said "thank you for reading til the end" so I guess side stories will be published, tho I wouldn't mind being in the wrong and getting a whole new season if that so, I'd like them to go through THE REAL DRAMA to test their relationship, I wouldn't mind a Taesung even crying, lol
