Yeah the church is really being a beach! I mean they call themselves saviors and helpers of people while monopolizing the natural ability people were born with by giving them these kinds of pills. They really ought to be punished and obviously our hades daddy will do it!（￣へ￣）

And yeah, the church totally have something to do with all the powerless light magic users in the history. Exclusivity brought forth power after all. If they suppress the power of all light users to the point that it was so rare and only made sure the one they have chosen to be the only powerful one was from THEIR church...they can literally stand on top of the world as the most superior power.
