yeah I can understand it and it's fine I just thought that it was kind out of character for him because above all else he puts his baby bro first so no matter how he himself felt he would always be taking care of him and be with him. but I guess I can see that Hyejis family telling him to rely them allowed him to feel safe enough to leave his bro while he sorted out his own feelings
I'm surprised he didn't want to stay with his brother. even if he didn't want to lean on them too much you would think he would still wanna be extra careful and be near his little brother. I know he'll come around but I thought that was weird. I guess he just fully trusts and believes in hyejis family to take care of his bro
