Lizzie didn't use Leon, she was obligate to beave that way and we can't blame her
the action Leon make when he was mature was because of her character and the Noble who is backing her was oppressing him, but if is not thanks to the reincarnation the ml will be tormenting himself.

Lets be honest~ imagine if u're marrying someone whose more perfect than you but act like a puppet will you like him/her? Or will you give attention to him/her? Me, I will be terrified to be completely honest.
I mean that person doesn't need me or anything cause he/she's already perfect as it is in the outside.

So I don't really blame Leon for not making Lizzie happy. It's not his fault she became a puppet. And about their relationship, it's a marriage of convenience both of them did not approach one another, they just did their duties.
Leon did ignored her but we can also say the same with Lizzie back then. She just played as a Perfect Empress the thing her parents always wants. If we look at it a bit more clearly Leon is used by Lizzie while Lizzie is being usee by her family.
