It's the opposite. He's bullied because he likes him. Common in real life situation, too, especially kids who don't know what to do with those feelings of being interested in a particular individual.

He humiliated Itanoga. While the class ganged up and tormented him, Sanada ignored him. He's no better than anyone who partook in the bullying or those who stood watching doing nothing.
I actually agree with this one that's why this story is a little off for me. People may change or forgive but they never forget.

ikr.. honestly though of all the trauma he caused and he's only worried about his feelings. I don't think that dating your bully is gonna help with your trauma. Imagine seeing your bully everyday and date them with all those bad memories in the past it's making me nauseous.
Every human being have a different thinking although it just fiction,.the uke still choose to be with the seme no matter what happened in the past because he loved him that much. It's his choice, it's obvious they love each other now and happy together,.and i think happiness is important and they have it.
It's still a good story but I can't just imagine it happening in real life. It gives me so much anxiety

I don't know why but bullying turn into love never sits right with me... bullies are the most insecure people I have ever seen. This guy didn't change my mind but overall still a good story
