you are right, no death that can top rengoku's death....his death leave me speechless, devastated & depressed... there's something about him that makes not only me but most of the readers become so attached towards him... come back here after watching mugen train movie (almost skip the movie)...yup, I'm bawling my eyes out at the end of the movie...
The thing that I love the most is how the mangaka drew tanjirou as lowkey as possible. He's not the real sun breath owner but he has people to protect so he must fight. And speaking of it, I fell in love with tanjirou's dad's character. He's just a really decent man with calming aura. I kinda had a feeling that tokitou will die, but I never expect the rest....
The story is so so great! The plot, the characters, the art, the ending, everything. I cried a lot, my emotions are overflowing when I read this. This is so worth to read! Even if the anime gives a vibe of talk no jutsu, in real it gets better and better and I just wowed.
... I just still can't get over rengoku's death. Although he was just briefly introduced in earlier chapters, but the character is no joke. He sure is a lovely character. The way he talk and act just like the leader ubuyashiki in passionate version. There was no force, just simple words. Ah, ah, I'm gonna cry again.
