Guys should I read this or the yaoi version what's the difference

The difference is that it cut off the yoai parts and the story is kinda confusing without it but you can still read it either way it’s fine

So the the yaoi is only the season 2.1. They realease as an extra. Officially this comic is all age so season 1 and 2.1 is complete here. We are now on season 2.2
