If a series has a decent uploader that translates/team with a fair time interval, I think it's only just as readers to respect their wishes. Chapter 26 didnt need to be uploaded and I think uploading the apology only or sending the apology to the uploader would be enough. If I had any skill I'd freaking help but this is hectic work
