Not sure if I understand your question correctly... Hannigram (Hannibal/Will) is a popular ship for the Hannibal TV show... And there are quite a few excellent works on AO3, for one. (Like I mentioned, one of my personal favorites would be "Ladders" by emungere - it's quite long and really well written, imho :)
But if you mean a manga adaptation - there isn't anything like that, at least to my knowledge...
