I believe RouRou is Jinyao's son but the sperm that was stolen I believe was Yiyi's. If what Jinyao's aunt is what I'm thinking she's doing, she would probably be having a He child but I doubt it since she has a husband so they could be doing artificial procreation. Who knows though.
