One day they had to cross a wooden rope bride but when the uke was crossing the red hair guy cut the rope so the uke fell into the river. The uke washed up in a poor village and helps the people (with his doctor skills). The uke then soon meets an emperor(?)/nobleman(?) (just someone rich ig) and stays with him. (Emperor kinda sus tbh). The seme tries to look for the uke and manages to find his way to the poor village (and then kind of have a killing spree)
