she has anxiety, traumatized by an abusive person who manipulated her, who even tried to kidnap or probably murder her when that person got out of prison. a lot of her life was surrounded by hateful people because of her rank. i understand why she felt anxious and nervous since basically most of her life, she had been a follower instead of a leader. but i get you. anxiety can do many things to you, especially when it has something to do with your loved ones.
Well, you’re right...but still...UGH!!! It’s so frustrating. I mean she needs to take the first step in standing up for herself. Otherwise she’ll continue to “recycle” in that vicious circle and will continue to get bullied. I wished she could realize sooner that Kaido has her back and that she could move forward with confidence.
but isn’t she doing that right now? she’s been standing up for herself. however, since that old dude has a high standing, and given the fact that that dried up old man kept pushing that her medicine made it worse and using kaido’s condition to back it up, she’s been cornered again. it is frustrating, but that’s how healing goes when someone has been traumatized.
How could Carol be such a dimwit?! I mean if you’re already suspicious why continue to take the stupid tea? She could have refused the tea and asked Mamari to bring water instead! And you know what’s funny? Mamari was right behind her when they were at Kaido’s door! How the hell did she have the time to brew the tea?! And look how convenient the old fart showed up?! It was like he was standing outside the room and waited for the right time to make his appearance. Geez!!!
