Idk just seems anticlimatic. He did wonder for a long time why she didn't like him and never got an answer to that. Plus it was also curious how she was such an expert in medicine. The story mentioned that even the great alchemist that had done a lot for the progress of medicine was likely someone from another world like the MC. Just seems like they swept the isekai aspect of the story under the table. Imo she should've at least told Linden "I used to be a doctor in my past life" or that she had a "vision" of the future.
And they married out of love so its weird if they dont have that talk
