Eh, it has reached a point where the good sides of the seme overweighs his bad side. He's not perfect but yeah, overall he's a pretty good husband and father. That's why it's easy to forget his toxic side.

Thought so too he cares a lot for hosik and their babies but his overprotectiveness can be overbearing

I dunno if I'm right to think about but at least he's better than cheating assholes seme in some manwhas and he cares for the Uke

The only thing toxic about him is that he's obsessive, manipulative sadboi. Other than that, there's nothing else so, it's easy to forgive him. I love him nonetheless.
