I think alphas can have babies too... I mean we have lots of alphas couples who have kids in different mangas (usually the parents of the seme) lol

I think it depends on the type of omegaverse that the author adapted, I've read omegaverse in which any gender (m/f abo) could get pregnant, but the most common type of omegaverse is the f abo & m omega are the only ones that can get pregnant. So if its the "anyone could get pregnant" type of omegaverse then Ikeya could just carry the baby.
