it HAS happened before, that time when HT also rested his head on his shoulder "He Tian... you came back"
also that time when they went on a picnic and HT pushed them away and he yelled his name cuz he was worried
a lot of times and it is usually the moments where you can see just how much he actually cares for HT
I think he called him once when they had picnic and he tian fell and mo was calling his name
