So she ends up with the crown prince callisto and trust me if you were read the novel you would think the same as me because he is the only character who loves and yearnes for her from heart. And yes eclise betrays her and in the novel in a chapter (i dont remember which one)he explaines in his pov why he betrayed her and used her. And thats all. The reason why he brought yvonne back was because he wanted Penelope all for himself, he betrayed her because he got over possessive and wanted to steal her away by bringing “the real lady of the house”

Oh so this is why he betrayed her. Damn being obsessed.., still he is not a good character.
