Wait what past life are you talking about I’m confused?? I was kinda confused while reading would u mind explaining..if not that’s ok! :)) Also u almost made it sound like hosik PASSED AWAY like away as in dead.
Hosik died first during their past life. When Sungyeon was out for hunting hosik is already dying because of illness and Sungyeon got home to the day hosik died. I hope it helps.

I cried so hard when he asked and stayed the night staying beside Hosik who just passed away. MY TEARS FLOWED LIKE A RIVER!!!Damn it!
