This mine opinion about question 3, I believed that after thosuand year Yuuji is the only reincarnation of Sukana. I mean if we go back to chapter 1-3 he has more superhuman strength than an actual human would have and not only that Sukana looks exactly alike so many Sukana is actually Yuuji Ancestor??
