so if anyone is confused about this being dropped by the scan team, yes it is dropped because it's already licensed and if anyone is planning on picking this up... just pls don't, because some of the ppl who translated this doesn't even know any korean and just uses an app so it makes it more hard for some of the readers to understand so let's just WAIT FOR THE LICENSED TO CATCH UP.
