Promo is called a kind of chapter giving us a taste of what is going to happen in the story. That does not mean that they will actually make more chapters of it. Sometimes they pick up the story and make actual chapters. So, all in all a promo is like a pre-sequel of the story.

yeahh.. promos are promotional webtoons/manhwa. They are used to promote it's novel version.. If you really want to read it, you can just read the novel version ;) (just continued what you said :>)
