About the misunderstanding there will be more of that in the upcoming chapters. The Seme will find out that he is bonded with the uke but he knows that the uke is a beta so he had given up all hope in curing his condition cause the uke is a beta who doesn't produce pheromones but the sister is already having a speculation that the uke is not a beta but a very recessive Omega so to make it short it will be the Seme's sister who will find out first about the uke being an Omega and he having a daughter. The Seme will regret about it and ask for forgiveness.

After that there will be a lot of dramas then the uke's sister the idol will be involved in some sort of rumors because of the uke's daughter. They thought that the kid is his sister's so to clear the misunderstanding the Seme propose a solution in which him to marry the seme so they could announce that the girl is indeed theirs and not his sister in return the uke will participate in developing a cure for his condition (cause obviously the uke no longer wants to get back with him thus the seme can't sleep with him. As we all know the best way to stabilize a raging pheromones is through making love.) Well a lot will happen but the in the end the two of them will get back together for real and they will ahem make love. I squeele when the uke told the Seme to not take his inhibitors and gave him the permission to make love to him after years of years of them two not having each other and that is so precious and sweet. Hoping for more babies to come.
