I'm looking for a manga.
I think it was shounen ai? It was about a guy (I'll call him A) who is a delinquent. He and his friends are walking to school, when they see two members of the school council waiting at the gates. It was a girl and and another guy (I'll call him B). The student council members are supposed to check uniforms, but none of his friends are wearing them properly. One of his friends, a girl I think, says that A should go deal with him because B is weak against him?
A goes up to B, and B keeps thinking that A is really cute. A thinks that B keeps staring at him because he wants to start a fight. His friends sneak past into school. B eventually confesses to A and they start dating. The student council girl and the delinquent girl also become friends.
