Empire fell at the hand of ML, Rosalie comes to her after ML talks with her, Rosalie lies that ML is gonna execute her, Rosalie poisons her, ML wasn't actually together with Rosalie and was just using her for an experiment, reveals that all Homunculi want to be her knight including ML because she was the only royalty that was against the enslavement of the Homunculi, ML moves her body to where the Philosophers Stone is, a sage comes saying that she can be revived but not in her body but by using half the Philosphers Stone to turn back time for her only.
That should sum it up, also the second sister I was thinking was Bridget who was made crown princess in the past and ML started the rebellion because MC was going to get married away.
