Vampires don’t age. They stay the age they were when they were turned. At least that is what they say in every vampire movie I ever watched lol. I guess Ethan ages because he is 1/2 vampire?

All vampires do not have white hair. Minato had purple hair. Charles has pink hair and some other vampire Tristan kills has yellow hair. Ethan’s father (and Ethan in vampire form) have white hair.
