People say they don't want the two mc's to end up together. I get a bad feeling when someone wants to impose their will on a story. What about the wishes of the two characters the author has created? What if no matter what, they have found their way to each other, no matter what, fate has drawn together, and if their relationship doesn't happen for them, they will both live out their lives lonely, desperate men? What if they've always loved each other? I mean, doesn't it depend on the feelings within the relationship the author has laid out for them? Would you want them to be apart no matter the will of the story?
