Wrong. It was actually the Princess. In the last chapter, Raymond busted her. That's why the maid told Ian, "Mr. Raymond deserves to be with someone like the Princess" even if there were subtle, little hints that the maid also has a crush on Raymond at the start of the series. The princess made friends with the maid and persuaded her with the kidnapping. The princess was just "kuripot" (lol)/stingy that's why the little payment for the chauffeurs.
