I don’t think abuse should have been forgiven at all. I didn’t mean it in a way she should forgive him but rather him realizing his behavior and regretting it as hell. You know... character development and angst. I never said I want her to forgive him.
Even before he choked her, he poisoned her, before that he manipulated her. I don’t really want a character like that to be in the story tbh

He needs help too, I feel pity for him too. He was also abused in his family. Doesn’t know how to handle his emotions and takes his anger out on people. Not healthy
What does she have to do with him being abused? Just cause he was abused does that mean it’s ok for him to abuse others who did nothing wrong? Taking out emotions by planning to kill someone isn’t redeemable
