Its possible theres more to it but so far he said that he was irritated by blondie's hypocrisy. And that his hypocrisy made him the worst of his family. (Even though he didnt even care about what happened to his brother).

And the MC's sister said that she agreed about the "fake kindness" making the situatoon worse.

I get that this was a situation made by the author to expose the "good brother" true feelings. But the redhead's motive are really weak for going this far.

I think we should just wait for further explanation before saying that the story is getting stupid. Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I think we should wait for more chapters explaining it.
