he already knows she's female right? I wonder when she will notice

I honestly cant tell if he knows or not

I'm pretty sure he does though like he always refers to her as 'she' whenever he think about her, runs away blushing when she changes clothes, and especially he never doubts whether she is actually female, well in my opinion and according to my gut feeling he already knows, if we think like that his behavior is more decipherable
